Are there better tile leveling systems out there? Probably, but for the price this was just what I needed. This helped immensely installing large tiles in a shower. To avoid what other reviewers has said about the clips breaking off I actually bent them back and forth gently before placing them so that the breakage point was slightly weaker. I didn't have any trouble with them breaking while tightening the wedge and most broke cleanly after except where I had let the mortar get around them too much, but that's my fault. No leveling system in the world will substitute entirely for good surface prep and floating uneven surfaces ahead of time.
