Made in China. The price is better than some.

For "simple" filament at a reasonable price. . . This thread works fine. I have black yarn and it is a beautiful jet black color. I use a separate "dryer" so I don't have moisture issues. Vacuum the bag. Wound not perfect but I had no problems with tangling. This thread is made in China and sold on Revain by a Chinese company.
