Bought this rice cooker specifically for mashed potatoes. I live in an apartment with limited storage space and there was no point in buying a meat grinder for the money I have and the lack of space. I must confess that I have never bought a Vita Saggia product. , I was a little cautious. The package arrived on time and I was very impressed with the quality of the rice machine. It is made of stainless steel and has a thoughtful design. It's easy to clean and mashes MUCH better than a potato masher. I mean seriously, the difference is insane! So smooth, no lumps, just mashed potatoes that you'll want to spice up with sauce! I was worried about how easy it would be to clean it up, but it turned out to be a piece of cake. Definitely worth buying if you love the perfect puree!
