Review on 🥧 Fox Run Rectangular Loose Bottom Tart/Quiche Pan 11-Inch - Preferred Non-Stick | Ideal for Baking Delicious Tarts and Quiches by Dean Gomatham

Ordered a couple of these to use in making Key Lime pies. Work fine! The think to remember is when you hand the pan to someone, make sure they know the bottom is removable. Almost had a handling disaster. I've seen other reviews regarding leaking in making quiche. Haven't tried that but it would seem the simple solution is to use a parchment cartouche or put a crust under it. Would have given 5 stars, but I have another pan which is heavier gauge and that little bit nicer.
