My '08 Expedition footpegs have a clean crack in the metal of the mounting bracket which I believe after makes unsure. The dealer said this part would cost $1,100 (PER SIDE) + install. And they were out of stock and due to Covid/supply chain issues they were out of stock/would have been ordered. I searched the internet, found them and ordered - got them a few days later and the dealer agreed to fit them (although they gave no guarantees as these are not Ford genuine parts). They've been working for about a month now and they're still working great. Very happy to have my footpegs back in order and saved a ton of money on it.
