Durable, fast! Perfect for streaming content!

High quality, does exactly what it promises. Quick and easy installation. It's super quick, easy and brings joy to the whole house! Ideal for streaming content and easily handles ISP plans with speeds up to 300Mbps. We paired it with Tenda's new Wi-Fi router, which features dual-band, an excellent interface (1 Gigabit and USB Flash memory file sharing connectors), high wireless data transfer rate (300Mbps + 867Mbps) and a second frequency provides high. It all adds up to a recipe for uninterrupted speed and reliability throughout the home. As a buyer, I take responsibility for reading and cross-referencing. I don't expect everyone to spoon feed me. especially with technologies that are constantly changing to meet changing consumer needs for better, faster, and more reliable performance. NETGEAR did a good job laying out important performance-related details and product features. Easy to read and follow. My husband left this purchase to me (an upgraded cable modem separate from an upgraded wireless router). I have taken the time to educate myself and learn because our cable, streaming and internet requirements are strict and high (especially as we are closed due to pandemic protocols etc. 100% working from home) and we have high performance standards with results given the work we do and the TV entertainment and streaming we do. I read details about Netgear products and guarantees (along with numerous brands and models with different price points) and also read hundreds of reviews. I then decided on the best choice for our home. Ultimately, as with all cable and internet related products and services, you must test YOUR unique setup and circumstances for the use and performance YOU require in YOUR home. including YOUR modem. Connect your cable modem to a compatible WiFi router with the speed, bandwidth, download speed, etc. you want as you will have more flexibility, when the modem is disconnected from your wireless router. Overall performance considerations: home location of YOUR ISP, coverage, and speed of service. in YOUR home with YOUR devices, the type of whole-home coverage you need and the number of devices you need to connect at the same time and at any given time. For us, we paired a Netgear CM600 with a Tenda AC10U wireless router. ultra-fast and reliable for 14 devices (TVs, computers, phones, printers, iPad, Kindle, Bluetooth) that we currently have connected 24/7. Sometimes there will be more devices. Up to 30 devices can be connected at the same time for super-fast speed. Along with a 4+ star rating, a great user interface, and a 1 year warranty (wish it was longer, at least 2-3 years) investing in the price makes it an incredible "and then some" buy! I placed the order at the right time of supply and demand. Saved 46% or $60 on a new Netgear modem (it's up 20% 5 days later, but the 28% savings are still worth it). I noticed that it can no longer be purchased directly from the Netgear website. I don't know if this indicates the end of its production. In any case, it is a reliable technology with excellent quality features. By upgrading to our separate modem/WiFi setup, it pays for itself in less than 5-8 months, and I'm saving $168-$300 a year by NOT leasing any hardware (which isn't as powerful) from my internet company. Excellent investment in every way! I've taken the time to write a more detailed review in the hopes that it will help someone else like me who is trying to appreciate all the critical details of how I was "forced" to do this. 😁 hoping this will help someone else like me trying to appreciate all the critical details as I was "forced" to do so. 😁 hoping this will help someone else like me trying to appreciate all the critical details as I was "forced" to do so. 😁 How I was "forced" to do this. 😁 hoping this will help someone else like me trying to appreciate all the critical details as I was "forced" to do so. 😁 hoping this will help someone else like me trying to appreciate all the critical details as I was "forced" to do so. 😁 How I was "forced" to do this. 😁 hoping this will help someone else like me trying to appreciate all the critical details as I was "forced" to do so. 😁 hoping this will help someone else like me trying to appreciate all the critical details as I was "forced" to do so. 😁
