Missing parts, cant install until HD Hardware replies back and sends us the bolts!

So far 2 stars. Item came missing needed bolts. I sent message to HD Hardware to get replacement and have not received a response. This is holding up my GC and crew from installing the door we purchased this for, and until I get these parts we are stuck. I will update the review if and when I get response and action from HD Hardware and after it is installed. As a side note, we have a door opening that has almost no space above the doorway in our basement, and this was the best option we could find to accommodate a barn door.
