Review on WÜSTHOF Gourmet 3-Inch Spear Point Paring Knife - High Carbon Stainless Steel Utility Knife, German Precision Laser Cut - Model by Erin Renee

I bought a set of these a few years ago and the paring knife has "disappeared" somewhere. I tested the blade of another knife and ordered the same model. The replacement has a much thinner handle and is much cheaper. It is not so convenient to use because it has no weight. I am very disappointed that they have changed so much and are still calling the same style.
