I finally got around to making a new splitless insert and installing this MJ splitter for my table saw, but when I opened the box I noticed that all the real tabs used to split were cracked and fell out separately. This was the first time I opened the package as it had just sat on the shelf since I received the box from Revain. I'm definitely uncomfortable using a faulty safety device so I'd return if I could, but I'm just past the return window so looks like I'm just stuck with that.
