They provide you with a very good overview of existing processes, and also help to create new ones.The service is reliable and fast. We are currently using the software as an IT Service Desk. It is an excellent tool that allows us to manage tickets effectively and easily. There are few things I would like to improve. I do not like how you cannot export tickets from the application. This makes it difficult to print or copy tickets. We also wish there was more functionality with ticket creation. At this point we are just using it to look up previous issues so we can resolve them quickly. Deep.Assist has proven effective in helping us organize, prioritize and solve problems at our organization. We have received much more attention and engagement with customers from the platform. Customers are able to submit tickets with ease.
