Great lead management tool with excellent customer service

I like that it is intuitive, easy to use and has many different features. It also allows me to see what my customers are searching for when they come into our store. This software does not allow you to set up multiple stores within one account which can be very useful if you have more than 1 location/store in your business. If this was an option we would definitely consider using Deep Assist again! We were looking for a way to keep track of all of our leads from various sources including…

  • The best thing about deep assist is how user friendly everything looks as well as being able to customize things so much with just basic knowledge or no technical background at all!! Everything works perfectly even though there's nothing fancy going behind the scenes!!! Very happy customer here :)

Great customer support for ticketing system

They provide you with a very good overview of existing processes, and also help to create new ones.The service is reliable and fast. We are currently using the software as an IT Service Desk. It is an excellent tool that allows us to manage tickets effectively and easily. There are few things I would like to improve. I do not like how you cannot export tickets from the application. This makes it difficult to print or copy tickets. We also wish there was more functionality with ticket creation.
