Brake control works well. It wasn't like the picture. In fact I sent the first one back thinking they sent me the wrong one. But when the second came, he looked just like the first. So my guess is that they changed the look but not the image. Mine didn't have an up and down arrow to adjust the brake. Instead, mine has a dial on the side. In addition, the green light is always on and does not change. There isn't really an indicator to tell you how you're voting, it just comes by feel. It installs quickly, but takes a little getting used to.
