The nut used to turn the jack up and down cracked the second time we used it. The first time was when installing a jack. The second time we came to the campsite. Ordered a replacement immediately as I figured it would be an easy fix. When it came time to pack it all fell apart. I had to borrow a jack from another tourist to hook up the tractor to get home. Due to the failure of so many parts, I refused to fit a replacement. Sent both broken bushings back one by one and a replacement still in the sealed box via Kohl's return service but never received a refund. So the week trip is almost ruined and the money spent is still not spent. In general, I would like to give negative stars.
