The first one we received was obviously used and damaged. Replaced for a second. The second does not light up. We checked the fuse, it seems to have blown. There should have been two extra fuses, but none were found. The unit looks new but if it's new why isn't it working and why was the fuse blown and why weren't there two extra fuses? The attached card says: Sign up to extend your warranty by 3 more months and receive a free gift. Registered, no additional warranty extension given and no offer for a free gift - well. The company cannot be reached by phone. We spoke but said via email. If the problems cannot be solved, we will return to Revain and buy another brand. Twice is disappointment enough. I'll try to get the fuse.
