Have this AMAZING item for measuring recipe ingredients and weighing products for shipping. There were so many recipes I didn't even try because they called for weight measurements instead of standard ounce measurements (etc.). I'm fine with some things, but too nervous with others. Rather than messing up a bunch of measuring cups etc, it's a lot easier to put wax paper on top of the scale to measure. Switching from one type of measurement to another is also extremely easy! Now that I'm more relaxed about what I'm doing (and it's gotten easier), I feel like I'm getting things done faster, so I'm not as tired or in as much pain from all of this.
