Well I really like this GranitStone cookware. It's heavy aluminum with an attractive hammered design. Food easily slips out of the dishes. The cooking surface of pots and pans can withstand the impact of the metal utensils shown in the demo, but why risk shortening the life of expensive utensils, so I recommend using a good set of silicone kitchen tools. Do pots and pans really have a flat bottom, which is necessary for stability on new glass-topped stoves for even cooking? Yes, they are amazingly stable. 5 stars through and through.
