Not as easy as they say

This product's website looks very easy to use. It is not. While it was easy enough to assemble out of the box (too much packaging, Revain), it took some serious effort to get it working properly on my bike. Before I found the "sweet spot" where everything was attached in a way that allowed me to ride the bike without the board falling on the wheel, it slipped several times which severely burned my SUP. Not cool. It took 20 minutes to half an hour to adjust properly and I had to ride the bike seat at a pretty high level, but I got it working. This comes in handy when you're not navigating tight corners or narrow aisles, but I highly recommend taking the time to adjust it carefully before taking it on a longer journey. Also remember to get the cotter pins in the right position or they and the wheels will fall off. All this to say that it is light weight and makes it easy to transport the board (my SUP is 10ft 6" about 36" wide) once you learn how to set it up.
