Best Customer Service Tool that actually makes work easy

The best part about this tool is its integration with Slack which helps us to keep our customers in loop of all their queries at one place. It requires some time for users to understand how it works but once they do we are pretty sure you will love everything else as well! I would recommend anyone looking out a good ticketing system or just solving any customer service related issues should check out spiraldeek tickets platform otherwise there might be something better around corner. Ticket management has been made easier now than ever before. We can get hold of ticket updates from anywhere even if someone's not physically present near his desktop. This feature saves valuable time too! There was no such thing like this earlier so i am glad to say we got introduced to this wonderful application through my friend who recommended me to use this platform while searching for an alternative way of managing tickets.
