Review on ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ ESUN 1 Additive Manufacturing Supplies for 3D Printing by Flavio Scarola

It took me some time and sanity.

This white ABS thread seems strange to me. It has an odd, chalky texture and feels brittle when printed. For example, print an object with borders, and then hold the borders and crumple them up. It breaks and crumbles, not just bends and bends. The reason I'm writing this review is that I started printing a large article today. In total, the work took about 5.5 hours. I started in the morning before going to work as I use OctoPrint to remotely control my printer. After about an hour of work, I noticed that after the first layer and about halfway to the second, the filament stopped extruding. I assumed the print head was stuck (which is odd for me as this would be my first time) so I canceled the order and got back to work (hey I have SOME work to do at work). When I went home for lunch to inspect the printer, I noticed that the filament was being pulled out of the print head. I examined the thread path and immediately noticed that I could no longer pull the thread out of the spool when pulling. A closer look at the coil made it clear that the coil has a transverse stroke. Somehow my spool of thread ended up under another loop a few feet from the spool. Only a human could have done that, IMHO, so I'm guessing a helpful guy at eSun unwound a spool on it, so attached the filament under another loop and then rolled and sealed the end of the remaining filament. over him. Now I have to wait until the evening when I get home to set up the printer again. So I'm not sure if there isn't another filament holder somewhere further down the spool? This, in addition to the product's odd texture mentioned above, makes me think I will avoid this brand in the future.
