Answers to the question "Does this product fit the Trans 6R680” (Yes) are incorrect. The small tabs in the middle of the sleeve do not match the original black tabs on the sleeves. That way it doesn't slide all the way down and you can't secure it with the white tab. This is NOT the correct part for the 2010 Ford F150 4X4 Lariat Trans 6R680E. I know I've tried The black sleeve should slide inward once you line up very easily in the guide and the white tab slides up and locks the black sleeve in place with some pressure. Don't force! If you can't slide the white tab up, you have the wrong black case.
