Installation is not easy.

Let me tell you that I am not a mechanic and this is not required. This requires an inventory of mechanical tools. Torque wrenches, 13, 15 and 21 sockets, matching ratchets and a hex wrench that I forgot the size of. There is nothing wrong with the tools required as you should expect to need different sizes and types of tools. The problem lies in an incomprehensible manual, since not only pictures are written there, which should at least be larger. Let me clarify, although there were no instructions. The instructions were INCLUSIVE because apart from the drawings, which were line drawings, there weren't any. The real kick in the ass was that the pieces didn't exactly fit together, or at least mine didn't. If I didn't have installation punches, it would be impossible to attach this device. You don't have to jack the car up, but it will definitely help, so do it if you can. Curls are necessary, but even with a bad back, I could handle the task. This is heavy duty metal except for the step itself. DO NOT tighten ANYTHING until you have installed it on the truck. Since my parts weren't aligned as mentioned, I would never be able to align them if I tightened them along the way. There is a note in the instructions not to overtighten, but that only pointed me to that one step. Don't tighten anything until you've installed it on the truck. You don't actually have to dry the parts, just take the parts to the truck to see how they're supposed to work. I would pay someone to do this for me if I knew how hard it is. Now that I have it, I'm proud of myself.

Cons
