Review on SunFounder Ultimate R3 Sensor Kit V2 by Harry Katab

Overall good value for money, especially considering the mega clone is included for a small additional cost. The sensors appear to be fairly reliable and mostly work well. I downloaded "Sensor Kit V2.0 for Arduino" from the SunFounder website and was able to set up and run many sensors in minutes. Unfortunately, my barometer sensor (BMP180) gave extremely inaccurate readings (ranging from 60 to almost 150 kPa) all over the map. The problems persisted even after compensating for the altitude, spending hours searching the web for a solution, trying several C libraries, and checking my cabling over and over again. At this point I think the chip must be defective. This is frustrating as the main reason I got this kit was to run a weather station in my backyard. I would only recommend this kit if you really don't expect a working barometer chip.
