Review on Rear Air Spring for Ford/Lincoln/Mercury Cars (Various Models) - Arnott A-2105 - Left or Right by Tommy Russo

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent quality air suspension replacement.

I bought a set of these for my 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis. They are well made and easy to assemble. An important note is that installation will be much easier if you follow the order of instructions available online on the Arnott website rather than the instruction sheet in the box. The main thing I found is that you need to put the air springs on the axle before mounting it on top and connecting the air lines. Also, if you are having trouble getting the solenoids on the ends of the air lines all the way into the seats on the air springs, try rotating the solenoids about 180 degrees before inserting them and they should go all the way in and rotate into the locking position.

Pros
  • Tough finish
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
