Good replacement for parts

Installed on a 2000 LTC. Miles later achieved excellent results. I took the advice of others and gave them the magnet as I got out of the car. I softened the o-rings with hot water and applied a very small amount of plumber's grease to install the solenoid with these o-rings. On the one hand I couldn't mount the big o-ring magnet so I had to leave it out. The first page took too long. The second side took me 20-25 minutes.

Pros
  • High marks for tester support and durability
Cons
  • Expensive

Perfect fit for 1997 Lincoln Town Car

Replaced every day after the air spring has been deflated. I replaced both air springs which were original 24 years ago so I don't have to worry about this happening on the other side. No more trouble. Easy to install and comes with new gaskets. The hardest part is getting your hands in the tight space to turn the magnet to deflate. Don't forget to remove the bottom metal clip from the frame in case it gets stuck there. New ones come with clips already attached to the bottom.

Excellent quality air suspension replacement.

I bought a set of these for my 1996 Mercury Grand Marquis. They are well made and easy to assemble. An important note is that installation will be much easier if you follow the order of instructions available online on the Arnott website rather than the instruction sheet in the box. The main thing I found is that you need to put the air springs on the axle before mounting it on top and connecting the air lines. Also, if you are having trouble getting the solenoids on the ends of the air lines…

Works great on 1996 Lincoln Town Car

These are sold individually. You have to buy two if you want to replace both sides. I did that because if one of them leaks, both sides will go down, meaning you can't tell exactly which one is leaking. And if one leaks, the other will probably start soon anyway. So it's better to swap both sides. Mine arrived quickly. And they worked great replacing the stock air springs on my '96 Town Car. It was a little difficult for me to unhook the old ones with my hands. However, it was easier to replace

Super quality but air suspension

I thought the installation would be so easy. watched youtube. But at first I thought it was wrong because I couldn't connect the fitting to the machine, I tried calling the company to check the fitment and no answer. I measured the outlet on the pockets and it was the same size. I ended up having to remove the car plug (it was very difficult to remove) then I removed the o-rings and it went in and locked. I reinstalled a new o-ring and in order for the plug to fit in, I had to hit the salt hard

The product is excellent but the instructions in the description are vague.

Bought for my 2002 Lincoln Town Car. I do most of the maintenance and repair work, brake repairs, oil changes and occasional timing belt changes on my vehicles including Honda, Lincoln and Chrysler vehicles. The product is excellent but the instructions on how to put the suspension solenoid in a new bag are vague which I found very difficult. A simple fix, after watching Arnott's online video how-to guide, was to remove the solenoid as well, then replace the o-rings and put the solenoid in a…
