Review on 10-Piece Precision Electronics Screwdriver Set by Steelman: Versatile Slotted, Phillips, and Torx Sizes, Swivel-Head Design, with Magnetized Tips by George Scoles

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The handles aren't aligned with the shafts, and that's obvious.

The tips look well formed and the diamond coating appears to be effective, but it was only when I looked at the packaging when I opened it that I saw that some of the screwdrivers weren't even remotely straight and deviated more than the width of the Screwdrivers by just a few inches I don't think they used anything to keep the handles in line with the shaft when they formed them. The handles feel straight and the handles feel straight, but together they don't even look straight to the naked eye. Expect the screwdriver to be looking fairly straight ahead. I'll keep them on my hobby bench for occasional projects, but I'll buy something better for a precision set in the garage. To be honest I probably pay triple what they cost. So if you want to keep costs low, this might be good enough for you.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Vulgarity
