These are not what I would call brush tip markers. They are definitely not intended for handwriting or modern calligraphy, they are the same as regular markers but with a thinner/pointier tip. Definitely not worth anywhere near $20! I've seen people rave about them, so I'm wondering if I have the bootleg version that's becoming more common on Revain. The colors are nice and vibrant, but the $3 Crayola markers make me draw by hand better. The tips on these are so soft that it's impossible to get a subtle upstroke or sharp transitions. Another reason I suspect these aren't true Art Stix is that they won't stick together. I glued two of them together and that was it. The smaller circles of nubs are oddly shaped as if they came out of a mold used during production. Overall, I give this 2/10 just for the colors. I'm really frustrated because I was really looking forward to using them for handlettering projects and just adding something new to my collection. they add more shades!) or a set of 24 ZIG FUDEBIYORI brush pens. These brands have never let me down.
