Water inappropriately penetrates into the outer pockets.
Water can easily fill the outer pockets. It is constructed in such a way that water can penetrate even when the zipper is closed. There is a small flap that closes the zipper, but it collects water and there is no way the surface of the flap will squeeze water out because the zippers are reversed. So if one zip works, the other zip will have problems. and being able to collect water = which then FILLS pockets, BAD DESIGN.
