Taped seams, very thin material. It looks like a fancy bag, but if you look at the typical breaking points, you'll immediately see that almost nothing is reinforced. Lots of taped seams and no extra stitches. I can't imagine it taking too long.

The quality of this backpack is amazing. I just love it. You can feel how beautiful it is and I just know it will keep everything dry. I bought this backpack based on the reviews but didn't know the size (35L) so I sent it back. However, I highly recommend it if you need a large bag. It says "men" which I missed. GREAT BAG, sad to be returning but I don't need a bag this size.

Water can easily fill the outer pockets. It is constructed in such a way that water can penetrate even when the zipper is closed. There is a small flap that closes the zipper, but it collects water and there is no way the surface of the flap will squeeze water out because the zippers are reversed. So if one zip works, the other zip will have problems. and being able to collect water = which then FILLS pockets, BAD DESIGN.

This item is VERY DURABLE and has definitely exceeded my expectations for a waterproof bag. The 35 liter bag is extra large and easily fits a week's supply of camping supplies. The construction is very high quality and clearly designed for a long time; It's also the first stuff sack with backpack straps I've owned - now I'll never go back to the smaller stuff sacks meant for backpacks.
