The mount failed under normal use and is not even guaranteed by Warn for a year. The mounting sides extend about 1 inch behind the brush housing and the plowing force pushes against them. Mine turned left on the first ride and turned right after a few more hits. Not sure if it's just poor design or weak steel but I'm very disappointed with the way Warn handled it and declined my request for a replacement. I don't think I will buy Warn again. If you buy this bracket you can weld the reinforcement before screwing it on.
