I like that it allows me to create multiple workflows within one account, which means less time spent setting up new campaigns each day! The platform has some limitations when using A/B tests (such as not being able test different CTAs in 1 campaign vs another) however this can be overcome if you are aware of how marketing automation works with your business needs - otherwise we have used other platforms for our B2C clients who require testing without having too many rules set-up per stage or action taken etc., We've also been looking at Salesforce Data Studio more recently so there's nothing wrong here but just make sure what software fits into best where required :) Our biggest challenge currently would probably by lack o data analytics knowledge from my end hence working wtih out client team was key part solving most issues they had about their customer journey mapping & analysis across all channels / touch points!
