Worth the money: Marker

This is a classic case of you get what you pay for. I first tried a compass-like plastic stroke from a big store, but I couldn't get it to stay at a fixed distance, so accuracy suffered. The reel on ball bearings is very convenient to use. It saved me both time and materials.

Pros

WOOD AND LAMINATE FLOOR: The floor is full of obstacles, pull through doors, mark walls and other obstacles. Apply to crown molding and other existing surfaces for retro flooring
