Review on Miele Scout Vision Vacuum Graphite by Wendy Benson

The first Scout RX2 was much better at navigating than the replacement Miele released after the death of the first. It was great they replaced it although I think the warranty has expired but what they sent is so disappointing. The main complaint is after he returns to base to charge and then when fully charged he won't go back and finish the house. So I really don't know which part of the house he vacuumed and which he didn't. I end up moving it and it gets confused. The WIFI app is useless. When I use the remote control, forward movement rarely works. The seller said he doesn't like selling them because Miele has stopped responding to inquiries and they no longer have a good product. I love my Miele piano, so it must have been made in Germany. I don't know how it cleans compared to other robot vacuums as I only had this one.
