DO NOT WANT TO. engage in communication with customer services, travel in violation of quarantine regulations, hand it over for warranty repairs, which you don’t want to wait for at all. At all. But it turns out that for 80 thousand you get not a vacuum cleaner or even a funny skateboard for cats, as in native videos - but you get several hours of wasted time. This was the last purchase from Miele.

After installing the vacuum cleaner on the base station for the initial full charge and installing the official application on the phone (Androyd), the vacuum cleaner died. And this is not a value judgment based on emotions. Initially, after connecting to the application and verifying the code in accordance with the instructions, the step of connecting to the Miele cloud did not work. After several attempts, the application revealed a problem - the old firmware of the vacuum cleaner. When the vacuum cleaner was charged enough on the base station, the application started installing the new firmware. After that, the vacuum cleaner made a single beeping sound and did goodbye. The display shows "END". After a standard reboot by on-off - the inscription appears again. The proposed reboot options, namely rebooting through on-off, rolling back errors by holding and holding the ok and power combinations, do not work. The official scheme of rolling back to the factory settings, namely, holding the combination of two keys on the touchscreen for five seconds, in combination with the subsequent pressing of the OK button on the remote control, does not work. The touch screen does not respond at all. End and end. Full discharge of the battery - did nothing

Got pros: Really fast and quiet vacuuming. It can work for a long time. Its cons: Unable to set up mobile app. Well, no way. And my hands are growing properly. And apparently I was able to type 9 digits correctly. But he couldn't do anything. For this deuce.
