Terrible quality, wasted money.

DO NOT WANT TO. engage in communication with customer services, travel in violation of quarantine regulations, hand it over for warranty repairs, which you don’t want to wait for at all. At all. But it turns out that for 80 thousand you get not a vacuum cleaner or even a funny skateboard for cats, as in native

Initially, after connecting to the application and verifying the code in accordance with the instructions, the step of connecting to the Miele cloud did not work. After several attempts, the application revealed a problem - the old firmware of the vacuum cleaner. When the vacuum cleaner was charged enough on the base station, the application started installing the new firmware. After that, the vacuum cleaner made a single beeping sound and did goodbye. The display shows "END". After a standard reboot by on-off - the inscription appears again. The proposed reboot options, namely rebooting through on-off, rolling back errors by holding and holding the ok and power combinations, do not work. The official scheme of rolling back to the factory settings, namely, holding the combination of two keys on the touchscreen for five seconds, in combination with the subsequent pressing of the OK button on the remote control, does not work. Not worth it!: Vacuum cleaner

The first Scout RX2 was much better at navigating than the replacement Miele released after the death of the first. It was great they replaced it although I think the warranty has expired but what they sent is so disappointing. The main complaint is after he returns to base to charge and then when fully charged he won't go back and finish the house. So I really don't know which part of the house he vacuumed and which he didn't. I end up moving it and it gets confused. The WIFI app is useless…

Great vacuum cleaner robot! The best vacuum cleaner

Miele RX2 works fine for us. It just arrived and I started using it straight away after the first charge. Our parquet floors with lots of animal hair are clean and I hardly participated. He knows our house very well. I moved items around when I first used them to give as much surface area as possible but left the mats in place. Almost everything collected. The battery life is excellent. It is quiet compared to other robot vacuums and our standard Miele vacuum cleaner. There are no problems with

Incredibly quiet for a robot vacuum, handles pet hair well, but at a higher price point.

Yes, expensive. But it works fine for our use case. Parquet floors, lots of dog hair. It is excellent at navigating space and picking up almost all of the dog's fur. The battery lasts a long time. A. And did I mention that it's very quiet compared to other robot vacuums? The app has definitely become unstable, but Miele is clearly investing money and time into improving functionality. This is significantly better than September 2018. I had trouble pairing the vacuum with the app but being tech…
