I have an outer tube bib that I need to replace. The hose bib is slightly off center on this side block and I can't move it due to some internal piping so I have to live with the pipe being off center on this block. I sanded the front of the block and the back of the trim with 80 grit sandpaper and epoxy sanded a piece of trim that matches my house on this block to cover the center holes, allowing my new bib to slide slightly off the center of the Holes removed this siding block is not shown. The photo shows the approximate position of the new bib relative to the block. If I leave the holes open with a piece of siding that I've sealed with epoxy, the factory holes will show and it will look crappy. If this white facade block had a solid surface, it would not be a problem. Hope that helps!
