Review on Moen 137028 Replacement Component by Walter Martin

the old hose was leaking causing water damage. I was expecting that we would hook up a new hose and it would be all set. It drips a little more, but not that much. I saw other reviews saying the same thing but didn't pay much attention to them. I thought I could install it properly and that was it. I was wrong. There must be a "tolerance problem" in production. Just bad design and if it doesn't fit right you're just SOL. I understand the build quality is not something I've experienced from Moen in the past. We live online, order, ship within 2 days, install and hope it works, society. Doesn't always work and no one really gives *&(. I've explored other options for my install in the past. Too many to choose from. Why settle for mediocrity.
