Looks expensive, but it was worth it in the end
It was necessary to trim the floor of the house to an uneven concrete base along the facade of the house. I've never done this before and there was a big gap in some places. This tool worked great - the scriber didn't have to be "perfect" for my case, but the roller worked great. I didn't have space to draw directly on my cutting boards, so I made a markup on paper and used it as a cutting guide for the boards. It looked patchy, but I'm happy with the result!
