Review on 🔒 Enhanced Power Tailgate Lock (PL8340) for Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 Models by Jay Swearengin

Installation instructions are vague and customer support was difficult to reach. I had to flatten the drive arm because it got caught in a fence that was preventing it from sliding back and forth. Also, the straps weren't long enough, even though I followed the instructions on how to route them. Just added more wire. Finally got a response from tech support after setting the lock. This works fine, but I would like to reconfigure it to allow unlocking of the secondary passenger door. This isn't in the instructions, but should be done so the person doesn't wear out the locking mechanism prematurely.
