I was not prepared for how bright this device could be at the highest settings. The brightness is such that it even works on dark or thick paper. And ease of use is as simple as can be - just touching the power button toggles the brightness from dim to bright in three easy steps, then off again. The pad's light weight and thickness make it not only easy to use, but also to store almost anywhere, even in a binder hanging in my filing cabinet. And the strong little magnets are great for getting the original illustration and my tracing just right. All in all it was an incredible find and I look forward to using it often.
