There are several ways to repair a dent in this kit. What's frustrating and annoying is that I have no idea WHICH way is right for my particular dent. So while I was hoping there would be a guide or something, there isn't. There are guides but not enough, I had to do some research myself and to be honest I just chose the tool I found the most intuitive. Anyway, it worked - to a certain extent. I have a dent in my fridge that my partner tried to fix and only made it worse. The usual portion of the dent was repaired with a combination of this kit and a blow dryer/ice. The part my partner screwed up just screwed up, so it's fun, but it's not the kit's fault. It would be nice if he could fix those areas as well, but they are more permanent than the original dent. The glue stick didn't damage the stainless steel surface, I'm glad of that. The glue gun that came with it was better than I expected too. Really cheap glue guns usually just plug in and turn on automatically, this one has an on/off switch.
