I like that it is easy to use, very user friendly for anyone who has never used donation before! The support team are great too - always willing/able to help with any issues you may have or questions about how best to set up your system etc. It's not something we've found fault in yet so far its been an excellent tool which helps us ensure all our donations go where they should be going (to God). We're able to see at-a glance what each of our churches' income from tithing goes towards as well ensuring there aren't funds being wasted by misdirected resources e.g. salaries paid out when money could actually better benefit those less fortunate than ourselves. This also makes financial planning much easier & more accurate because if one church isn't doing particularly badly then other areas can still receive funding without having their.
