Advantages: The clip is very strong. Seems strong enough to cut in any direction. The control switch has 3 different time settings for the desired duration. The kit includes a lamp and two UVA / UVB lamps. As you can see from the product photos, the bulb doesn't actually fit in the body as it only fits on the ends of the bulb. It provides a good amount of heat depending on how far you place it above the tank, but why wouldn't you want to light your reptiles anyway? CONS: I don't think I have anything other than wish the case was a bit larger to fully enclose the bulb, but I knew what I was buying. Overall 5/5 stars!
