My favorite serrated knife! I'm a professional pastry chef and this is a great tool for many tasks. The blade is thin enough for gluing cakes, but the shape of the teeth does not allow tearing delicate pieces of biscuit. I love it for slicing crusty bread. It is also an excellent knife for cutting meat. I like the slight angle of the blade and the handle is comfortable to hold even for long periods of time. This knife takes a really long time to dull. I think I've only bought 3 in my life so far, and 1 because I just left it at my old job.
