It is convenient to be able to use any computer or mobile device with an internet connection instead of having hard copies in every exam room which I love because it helps me keep track of my patients health information by updating their charts online at anytime from anywhere! Also, this program makes creating progress notes easy since you can type directly into your chart so that there are no mistakes when writing them down later after they have left our office.

We do not like how complicated some functions such as medication changes seem if we need something quickly without going through pages upon page looking up things. This does take time however once you get used to its ease compared to paper medical records. If you want quick updates about patient's status than click-tab allows us access right away even via text messaging feature too!
