Their customer service is phenomenal. They are always willing to go above and beyond what's expected of them. The platform itself has been very user friendly, and the process to get started with a new clinic or a new patient is super easy! I think they could offer more information on the different options available when it comes to payment models. It would be nice to see some data on how their pay plans work out financially compared to other providers in the market. We're solving our legal compliance issues with this software. As a physician, it has made my life easier.
