Of course I didn't buy this for my truck, but it was the perfect solution for our pigsty! Thick enough that pigs can't dig holes in it (if you've ever seen pigs, they can tear through anything) and soft enough not to hurt domestic pigs' hooves. I cut it smaller to fit the handle and used some of the leftovers as a mat for their bowls. I did notice a distinct rubbery smell, but it wasn't overpowering and went away after a few hours. Great purchase and I will buy again if this ever breaks (although I think it will last for many years).
