Perfect mat for my needs at a great price and fast shipping! Leave it in the sun in your driveway for a few hours to level, then trim. As others have said. factory cut square so you must first trim one end to line it up and then trim the excess from the other end to full length. It comes in a few inches over 8 feet, but not enough to cover the tailgate too! Will definitely buy again!

Of course I didn't buy this for my truck, but it was the perfect solution for our pigsty! Thick enough that pigs can't dig holes in it (if you've ever seen pigs, they can tear through anything) and soft enough not to hurt domestic pigs' hooves. I cut it smaller to fit the handle and used some of the leftovers as a mat for their bowls. I did notice a distinct rubbery smell, but it wasn't overpowering and went away after a few hours. Very heavy, thick, perfect fit, great price. For $60 I didn't expect this mat to be this good. It fits my bed perfectly and after cutting it 6ft for the bed I still have enough left to cover the back door! I used some self tapping screws and attached it to the tailgate, everything fits great. I read several reviews of this truck mat before ordering it. The biggest complaints seemed to be the smell and the fact that it didn't cut evenly on either end. I haven't found that either is untrue.
