Works amazing, you don't even need a drill. I think this tool would have better reviews if it came with instructions. I watched a video on how to use this from another manufacturer so I already knew. You must use this tool slowly. It won't be quick. For example, at level 1, do not push the button all the way down. You can use this in a screwdriver that accepts screwdriver bits. A cordless screwdriver will do. Go very slow and it works great. I plan to buy more because most likely it will be removed from stores due to bad reviews from people who don't know how to use it. I tested 18 screws of different sizes and durometers and they all work great. Also remember that you don't need to shave the screw much, just deburring is enough.
