Update April 2014 - My BMW dashboard occasionally shows an error message saying the cap needs to be tightened. This coincided with my installation of an OBD II portable diagnostic adapter that reads OBD codes, so I'm wondering if it's the cap or the adapter that's somehow causing the message. Also, my car gets 2 or 3 emissions DTCs when it gets very cold and they go away in hot weather. I'll let you guys know when I have no more error messages as the temperature gets warmer. Everything seems fine. Slightly different turning feel than the original OEM, but works well. average quality of feeling
