This is amazing! I've had silicone ice cube molds before, but they're completely flexible, don't detach, and often don't fit the bill. , 1/2, 2/3, 1 cup so you don't even need a measuring cup. It's also in ml on the opposite page. I love that the entire top rim has something very stiff on the inside so the outer rim doesn't flex, a million times easier to fill and release, I've never seen this before, very unique design. It has a snug-fitting lid to prevent freeze smell from seeping into your cubes as they freeze. The best part is that these are very easy to solve. Just push them inside out and they pop out easily. Then just store them in a container. This is perfect for broth or just large ice cubes for chilling pitchers of iced tea. I also use it to freeze sauces, hummus, butter, poached wild mushrooms, ice cream and whatever you like. It must be very lucky to have that uniform. Highly recommend, I love it so much I could have more!
